完成了這場無聲綁架，風還不滿足！它繼續往小鎮北方走，目的地是鎮長的高塔官邸。
鎮長埋首閱讀著《年度馬拉松大賽籌辦事項規則》，沒有注意到風的靠近。
風偷偷接近書房，趁一個不注意，撥掉了書桌上的地圖。
鎮長連忙撿起，一抬頭就看見目前路線規劃總長59公里，足足比大會規定的多了9公里！

「哎哎哎，這下糟了，怎麼會多出9公里呢…」
「咦」
「啊…要是穿過黑流蘇之丘就剛剛好了」
「但是…」
「但是…」
「這樣好嗎…」

一陣咕噥，煩惱的鎮長毅然決然拿起紅蠟筆，筆直地畫過地圖上的黑流蘇之丘。
風走了，房間回覆平靜。


After this silent kidnap, the wind didn't satisfied yet.
It passed through the Hill arriving mayor's tower.
Mayor was occupied by ”Annual Marathon Guide Book” not noticing the wind.

To get mayor's attention, wind dropped the Marathon map on the floor.
By picking up the map, Mayor finally notice a fatal mistake
that current length of running was 9 km longer then regular!

“Ooooooops….How come the length gets wrong here?”
“Ohmigod”
“It would be fixed just alright if it…… ”
“pass...”
“the...”
“Hill...”
“But…”
“People were afraid of the Hill…”

Murmuring for a while, Mayor made up his mind changing the route across the Hill.
It was the result that the wind expected for!
